300 g of tuna (fresh)
2 tBsp lemon juice
2 tBsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cappers
1 tsp mint
1 tsp chive
salt and pepper
Cut the tuna steak into the cubes few mm thick. Put the fish cubes in a bowl and season with the capers, extra virgin olive oil, finely chopped mint and chive. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve the fish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. You may change tuna onto a salmon or a sea bream. Top up with 1 chopped avocado or cooked spinach!
