Savory rosemary cookies

  • 120 g all purpose flour

  • 100 g butter

  • 5 tBsp Parmesan (grated)

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

  • Salt 

  1. Cut cold butter into cubes and mix it with grated Parmesan and flour.  Add salt and chopped fresh rosemary.

  2. Roll the dough into a sheet of parchment paper forming a 3-4 cm diameter, 1 cm thick cylinder and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 min.

  3. Place cookies on a parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C (15 min.).
