Red bean pate 🌶



  • 250 gr red beans (cooked)

  • 1 small onion 

  • 2-3 green or red chili peppers

  • 2-3 tsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove

  • salt and parsley

  • 60 gr of Parmesan cheese


Stir fry garlic, onion and chili in the oil, about 2 minutes. Add cooked beans and the rest ingredients. Grind everything in a blender, adding a bit of water until pate consistency is reached. Sprinkle with the cheese (optional).
